Membership in the Foundation is open to individuals and legal entities that share the Foundation’s mission, values, and objectives, and are committed to contributing to its social, humanitarian, educational, and development initiatives.
Members must demonstrate integrity, transparency, and adherence to the Foundation’s ethical and governance standards.
Application:
Prospective members submit a written application (online or in paper form) to the Board of Directors, indicating their motivation and areas of interest.
Review:
The Board reviews applications at its next scheduled meeting. Additional information or an interview may be requested.
Approval:
Admission is granted by a majority vote of the Board of Directors.
Confirmation:
Upon approval, the applicant receives a formal notification and is entered into the Membership Register.
Individual Members: Persons supporting the Foundation’s mission through volunteerism, expertise, or financial contributions.
Institutional Members: Organizations, businesses, or institutions contributing to the Foundation’s programs, projects, or partnerships.
Honorary Members: Individuals recognized for exceptional service or contributions to the Foundation’s goals.
Members have the right to:
Participate in general meetings and decision-making processes (if applicable).
Receive regular updates on Foundation activities.
Propose initiatives aligned with the Foundation’s objectives.
Members are expected to:
Act in accordance with the Foundation’s Charter, By-laws, and Code of Ethics.
Uphold the values of transparency, partnership, and integrity.
Contribute to the Foundation’s mission through expertise, resources, or participation.
Membership may be terminated:
Upon written resignation by the member;
By decision of the Board due to non-compliance with the Foundation’s principles or inactivity;
In case of misconduct that harms the Foundation’s reputation.
