Has held technical, managerial, and executive roles at local, regional, and federal levels, leading large teams and overseeing complex operational and administrative functions. Canadian experience included accounting, taxation, financial reporting, and organizational administration.
Master's Degrees in: Public Management and Administration and Transport Technologies, Transport Organization and Transport Management, complemented by Canadian certifications in accounting, project management, and public administration.
As Chair of the Board of Directors, provides governance leadership and strategic oversight, ensuring accountability, policy guidance, and high-level representation of the Foundation at national and international levels.
Liudmyla Teslovych
Experienced leader - finance and accounting professional with over 20 years of experience in accounting, taxation, auditing, and financial oversight, including work with international grant-funded programs.
PhD and advanced professional certifications in accounting, taxation, and IFRS.
As Treasurer and Member of the Board, responsible for financial governance, ensuring transparency, accountability, and sound financial management across the Foundation’s operations.
As Member of the Board, provides guidance in international developmenton, program strategy, advocacy, legal issues, and stakeholder engagement.
