Board of Directors

The International Support for Ukraine Foundation has an independent Board of Directors (hereinafter - the Board), which will include representatives of businesses and institutions.

The Council provides oversight of all aspects of the Foundation's activities, provides recommendations for strategic, institutional, and program development, advocates for important issues at the highest levels, and attracts investments and funds.

Chair of the Board of Directors

Serhii Teslovych

Experienced leader with over 15 years in public management, administration, engineering, logistics, project coordination, legal issues, and stakeholder engagement. Has held technical, managerial, and executive roles at local, regional, and federal levels, leading large teams and overseeing complex operational and administrative functions. Canadian experience included accounting, taxation, financial reporting, and organizational administration.

Master's Degrees in: Public Management and Administration and Transport Technologies, Transport Organization and Transport Management, complemented by Canadian certifications in accounting, project management, and public administration.

As Chair of the Board of Directors, provides governance leadership and strategic oversight, ensuring accountability, policy guidance, and high-level representation of the Foundation at national and international levels.

Member of the Board / Treasurer

Liudmyla Teslovych

Experienced leader - finance and accounting professional with over 20 years of experience in accounting, taxation, auditing, and financial oversight, including work with international grant-funded programs.

PhD and advanced professional certifications in accounting, taxation, and IFRS.

As Treasurer and Member of the Board, responsible for financial governance, ensuring transparency, accountability, and sound financial management across the Foundation’s operations.

Member of the Board / Secretary

Halyna Komarnytska

Experienced accounting and audit professional with over 10 years of expertise in accounting, auditing, and financial oversight, including work in financial and auditing within a distribution company.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Auditing.

As a Member of the Board, contributes to the strategic development of international programs aimed at supporting communities in Ukraine. Responsibilities include planning and coordinating the distribution of humanitarian and essential resources, as well as representing the Foundation in cooperation with institutions, partners, and civil society organizations.
