Serhii Teslovych
With more than 15 years of combined experience in public management, administration, stakeholder engagement, and operational leadership. Brings a strong background in project coordination, strategic planning, organizational management, and financial processes.
Master's Degrees in: Public Management and Administration and Transport Technologies, Transport Organization and Transport Management, complemented by Canadian professional certifications in public administration, project management, accounting, and taxation.
Responsible for executive leadership, strategic planning, operational management, fundraising, donor relations, partnership development, and the effective delivery of the Foundation’s programs.

Liudmyla Teslovych
With more than 20 years of applied experience in accounting, taxation, auditing, and financial management—both in the private sector and in international development programs.

Provides guidance on financial planning, strategy, administrative policies, compliance, and risk management to support the Foundation’s mission and governance.
