Required Vendor Documentation

SUIF welcomes qualified suppliers and service providers to participate in transparent and compliant procurement processes. 

Before being considered for any contract, vendors must obtain and complete the official SUIF procurement documentation:

1. Vendor Eligibility & Registration Form

2. Vendor Due Diligence Checklist

3. Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form

4. Anti-Corruption and Anti-Bribery Declaration

5. Beneficial Ownership Disclosure (if applicable)

6. Bidding Rules

7. Supplier Instructions

To ensure uniform standards and compliance, all templates and detailed requirements are provided directly by SUIF.
