Promoting Youth Exchange, Education, and Cultural Dialogue
The International Foundation "Support Ukrainians" is the official implementing partner of the "International Connection" program.
This initiative aims to foster intercultural understanding, educational exchange, and international cooperation by providing mini-grants to Ukrainian youth, educational institutions, and cultural organizations (hereinafter – Applicants).
To support and empower youth and educational communities through:
exchange programs and international training opportunities;
cooperation between youth groups across borders;
promotion and popularization of Ukrainian culture globally.
The Foundation, with the financial backing of its donors and partners, offers mini-grants to support the development and implementation of projects in the following areas:
youth exchanges and study visits;
joint cultural or educational initiatives;
international networking and partnerships;
promotion of Ukrainian cultural identity.
Eligible applicants may submit their proposals through the “Grants” section on the Foundation’s website. Details regarding application deadlines, eligibility criteria, and funding amounts will be published there.
"SUPPORT OF SMALL AND MEDIUM-SIZED BUSINESSES, AND INNOVATIVE STARTUPS"
Empowering Ukrainian Entrepreneurs for Recovery and Growth
The International Foundation “Support Ukrainians” is the official implementing partner of this targeted support program.
This initiative aims to address the urgent need to recover and revive Ukraine’s entrepreneurial activity, which has been significantly damaged by the war. Many small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), as well as early-stage startups, have faced the loss of infrastructure, capital, and market access.
To provide grant-based financial support to:
small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs);
individual entrepreneurs;
and innovation-driven startups (hereinafter – Applicants),
for the purposes of:
launching or restarting their own businesses;
restoring damaged production facilities;
and supporting innovation and sustainable business practices.
Through this program, the Foundation – with the support of international donors and partners – provides mini-grants to fund:
business recovery and stabilization;
development of new products or services;
digitalization and innovation;
job creation and local economic revitalization.
Eligible Applicants may submit their proposals in the “Grants” section of the Foundation’s official website.

"REBUILDING LIVES AND LOCAL INFRASTRUCTURE"
Restoring Communities and Creating Resilient Futures
The International Foundation "Support Ukrainians" is the implementing partner of the “Rebuilding Lives and Local Infrastructure” program.
The war in Ukraine has caused unprecedented destruction of critical infrastructure and local facilities, disrupting the everyday lives of millions. This program is designed to provide targeted financial assistance to communities, individuals, and local entrepreneurs (hereinafter – Applicants) who are actively working to restore infrastructure and rebuild their lives.
To offer financial support for:
the restoration, repair, or maintenance of damaged infrastructure (roads, utilities, community centers, etc.);
the acquisition of essential materials, equipment, and machinery necessary for reconstruction and service provision;
individual support for people whose property was destroyed or significantly damaged by war.
This program supports Applicants through mini-grants funded by international donors and partners. These funds are intended for:
infrastructure repair and improvement projects;
rebuilding of public spaces and local services;
targeted individual assistance (e.g., structural repairs, utilities restoration, accessibility adaptations for vulnerable populations).
Applicants may submit their proposals through the “Grants” section of the Foundation’s website.

"ASSISTANCE TO MOTHERS AND LARGE FAMILIES"
Providing Essential Support to Vulnerable Families
The International Foundation "Support Ukrainians" (hereinafter – the Foundation) is the implementing partner of the “Assistance to Mothers and Large Families” program.
To provide targeted social assistance to single mothers, large families, and families in crisis (hereinafter – Applicants) who are experiencing hardship due to the war or other difficult life circumstances.
The program is designed to ensure basic living conditions and wellbeing for families in need through the provision of essential items and support services.
With the financial backing of international donors and partners, the Foundation delivers direct assistance in the form of:
baby food and infant care products;
personal hygiene items;
medicines and basic healthcare products;
seasonal clothing and essential household goods.
Applicants may submit their request through the "Grants" section of the Foundation’s website.
